Specialization

I specialize in teens and young adults/college aged students. I also specialize in working with women / postpartum. Those experiencing anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders.

I utilize a variety of patient centered approaches including CBT and Solution-Focused therapy. This is centered around what each client’s goals are. I am also trained in EMDR which is an effective and highly researched trauma therapy.

I truly believe that therapy is not a one-size fits all. We all have different life experiences that make us who we are, and what has brought you into therapy with me. I have many tools in my tool bag that I pull from depending on what symptoms you’re experiencing and what your personal goals are. My goal is for you to live a more functional-healthy life.
